    I'll post the few pix I took....
    better than the kitchen sink lasagna:
    Cheese filling:
    50 grams of dried herbs d'Provence
    850 grams of organic whole milk ricotta cheese
    300 grams of sunflower seeds
    "Pesto"
    30 grams of dried calendula flowers
    45 grams of rehydrated kombu seaweed
    160 grams of pinenuts
    70 grams of fresh basil
    100 grams of fresh nettles
    115 grams of sunflower seeds
    optional: 3 egg whites
    blend in food processor
    layer with gluten free al dente rice noodles
    kale, spinach
    bake covered for 45 minutes at 400 degrees, then uncover bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes
